97 Order for immediate distribution
deceased, postponed until after the death of any family member and
an order is made under this Division for the maintenance and
support of that family member, the Court may, in making an order
for maintenance and support, direct immediate distribution of the
estate after providing for the payment, or for the securing of the
payment, of the ordered maintenance and support.
