53 Service of decision and record of hearing

(1) When the review panel or Council has made a decision, the
chair or vice-chair of the review panel or Council shall
immediately forward the decision to the Registrar.
(2) The Registrar shall, on receiving the decision of the review
panel or the Council, serve
(a) a copy of the decision on
(i) the investigated person, and
(ii) the chair or vice-chair of the review panel,
a n d
(b) a notice of the nature of the decision on the complainant, if
any.
(3) A person served under subsection (2)(a) with a copy of a
decision of a review panel or, on appeal, of the Council is entitled
to examine the record or any part of the record of the proceedings
before the review panel or appeal before the Council, as the case
may be, and to hear any tape recording or examine any mechanical
or handwritten form of record of any testimony given before the
review panel or the Council, as the case may be.
