56 Appeal before Council
under section 55, direct the Registrar to serve, and the Registrar on
being so directed shall serve on the investigated person and on the
members of the Council a notice of hearing of an appeal stating the
date, time and place at which the Council will hear the matters
appealed.
(2) The Council shall hear an appeal within 30 days after the date
of service of the notice of hearing of the appeal.
(3) The Council may, on the written request of the investigated
person or the Registrar, extend the period mentioned in subsection
(2) for one or more additional periods, each not exceeding 30 days.
