108 Ceasing to hold office
(a) the director dies or resigns,
(b) the director is removed in accordance with section 109, or
(c) the director becomes disqualified under section 105(1).
(2) A resignation of a director becomes effective at the time the
resignation is sent to the corporation, or at the time specified in the
resignation, whichever is later.
