Part 11 — Shareholders
131 Shareholders' meetings
regulations, if any, and unless the corporation's bylaws, articles or
other governing documents expressly provide otherwise,
(a) a shareholder or any other person entitled to attend a
meeting of shareholders may attend the meeting by
electronic means,
(b) a meeting of shareholders ma y be held entirely by electronic
means, and
(c) a person attending a meetin g by electronic means under
clause (a) or (b) is deemed for the purposes of this Act to be
present in person at that meeting.
