15.4 Corporate name
end with the words "Unlimited Liability Corporation" or the
abbreviation "ULC", and an unlimited liability corporation may use
and may be legally designated by either the full or the abbreviated
form.
(2) No person other than a body corporate that is an unlimited
liability corporation shall carry on business within Alberta under
any name or title that contains the words "Unlimited Liability
Corporation" or "ULC".
