164 Auditor ceasing to hold office
(a) the auditor dies or resigns, or
(b) the auditor is removed pursuant to section 165.
(2) A resignation of an auditor becomes effective at the time a
written resignation is sent to the corporation or at the time specified
in the resignation, whichever is later.
