248 Compliance or restraining order

If a corporation or any shareholder, director, officer,
employee, agent, auditor, trustee, receiver, receiver-manager or
liquidator of a corporation contravenes this Act, the regulations, the
articles or bylaws or a unanimous shareholder agreement, a
complainant or a creditor of the corporation may, in addition to any
other right the complainant or creditor has, apply to the Court for
an order directing that person to comply with, or restraining that
person from contravening any of those things, and on the
application the Court may so order and make any further order it
thinks fit.
