265 Agreements regarding payment of fees
Registrar may enter into an agreement with a person under which
the fees and other charges payable by that person to the Registrar
under this Act or the regulations will be charged to the credit of
that person on a continuing basis and on the conditions that the
Registrar considers necessary, and in that case the amounts so
charged are, except for the purposes of subsection (4), deemed to
have been paid in accordance with this Act or the regulations.
(2) If any amount charged to the credit of a person under
subsection (1) is not paid within 15 days, or within any other period
that the Registrar may require, of a request for payment by the
Registrar, no further amounts may be charged to the account of that
person until all amounts owing are paid in full.
(3) The Registrar may terminate an agreement under subsection (1)
with any person on 7 days' notice sent to the person.
(3.1) A notice under this section may be sent by electronic means
in accordance with the provisions of the Electronic Transactions
Act.

(4) Notwithstanding anything in this Act, if a person has not paid
the fees required to be paid by this Act or the regulations and has
been requested by the Registrar to do so, the Registrar shall not
perform any service or issue any certificate or file any document at
the request of or for the benefit of that person, unless, in the
opinion of the Registrar, exceptional circumstances exist that
warrant the performance of those services.
