293.4 Regulation prevails

Where there is a conflict or inconsistency between a
provision of a regulation made under section 293.3 and a provision
of this Act or a provision of a regulation made under another
section of this Act, the provision of the regulation made under
section 293.3 prevails to the extent of the conflict or inconsistency.
