1 Interpretation
(a) "accessions" means goods that are installed in or affixed to
other goods;
(b) "agency" means a person w ho is authorized pursuant to an
agreement entered into under Part 2 to operate a civil
enforcement agency and includes a sheriff where the sheriff
is acting pursuant to section 9(7);
(c) "agricultural products" includes
(i) crops or livestock, and
(ii) products of crops or lives tock in their unmanufactured
states,
while in the possession of a person engaged in growing,
raising, fattening, grazing or other agricultural operations;
(d) "bailiff" means a civil enforcement bailiff appointed under
