24 Commencement, etc. of writ proceedings
commenced or continued against property that is subject to an
attachment order and any money realized through those
proceedings may be distributed under Part 11 without regard to the
attaching claimant's claim.
(2) On application the Court may, where the Court considers that it
would be just and equitable to do so, order one or more of the
following:
(a) that no writ pro ceedings be commenced or continued against
property that is the subject of an attachment order without
the permission of the Court until the attachment order
terminates;
(b) that money realized throu gh writ proceedings against
property that is the subject of an attachment order not be
distributed until the attachment order terminates;
(c) that the attachment credito r have the status of an instructing
creditor for the purposes of the distribution of the proceeds.
