26 Registration required
respect of a money judgment
(a) against any personal proper ty unless a writ issued in respect
of that judgment is registered in the Personal Property
Registry, or
(b) against land unless a writ issued in respect of that judgment
is registered in the Personal Property Registry and
(i) in the case of land under the Land Titles Act, is
registered under the Land Titles Act, and
(ii) in the case of land that is not under the Land Titles Act,
is registered, filed or otherwise recorded in accordance
with the regulations.
