118 Limitation of time for issue of debentures
stock otherwise provide, every company shall, within 2 months
after the allotment of any of its debentures or debenture stock and
within 2 months after the date of lodgment of a transfer of any of
its debentures or debenture stock, complete the debentures and the
certificates of all debenture stock allotted or transferred.
