246 Payment into bank by liquidator
the Court shall, in the manner and at the times the Court may
direct, pay the money received by the liquidator into a bank.
(2) Repealed 2020 c25 s2(103).
(3) A liquidator of a company that is being wound up by the Court
shall not pay any sums received by the liquidator as liquidator into
the liquidator's private banking account.
