258 Appointment of Liquidators Appointment of liquidators
7 days after his or her appointment, file with the Registrar a notice
of his or her appointment, and shall within a like period file with
the Registrar a notice if he or she resigns his or her appointment or
for any other reason ceases to act as liquidator.
(2) Every liquidator who defaults in complying with the requirements
of this section is guilty of an offence.
