26 Certificate of incorporation
Registrar shall issue a certificate showing that the company is
incorporated.
(2) If the memorandum and the articles of the company as
registered by the Registrar under section 25 do not in fact comply
with all the requirements of this Act and the Registrar by
inadvertence issues a certificate under subsection (1), the company
shall on the Registrar's request file with the Registrar any
documents the Registrar requires, and thereupon the Registrar may
correct the register and issue a corrected certificate.
