317 Division 7 Transitional Provisions Transitional provision - agent for service
into force shall, within one year after the coming into force of this
section, appoint an agent for service under section 29.1 and send a
notice of appointment of its agent for service to the Registrar, or
the Registrar may dissolve the company by issuing a certificate of
dissolution under section 205 or by applying to the Court for an
order dissolving the corporation under section 226.
