4 Partial application of Act
the Legislature is subject to and shall comply with sections 6, 86,
87, 93, 118 to 121, 133, 162 and 304 of this Act, and in the case of
any conflict between those sections and any section of the Act of
incorporation those sections prevail, except to the extent the Act of
incorporation expressly exempts the company from any of those
sections.
