19 Phased Development Development of units in phases
(a) any building or land that is subject to a condominium plan
or a proposed condominium plan may, in accordance with
the regulations, be developed in phases, and
(b) in the process of carrying out the development of a building
or land in phases, additional units and additional common
property may, in accordance with the regulations, be
created.
