71 Service
served on a corporation
(a) by leaving it at or by sending it by recorded mail
(i) if a change of address for service has not been filed
under section 73, to the address shown on the
condominium plan, or
(ii) if a change of address for service has been filed under
section 73, to the address for service shown on the latest
notice filed,
or
(b) by personal service on a member of the board.
(2) For the purposes of this section, "document" includes
summons, notice, tax notice, order and other legal process.
