169 Evidence Carrying on business
(a) a person entered into one transaction in a business or
activity, or
(b) a person set out in a lette r, advertisement, card or other
document issued by or under the authority of the person that
the person is carrying on a business or activity
is proof, in the absence of evidence to the contrary, that the person
was carrying on that business or activity.
