Part 3 — Cancellation of Direct Sales Contracts and Time Share Contracts
25 Application
time share contracts:
(a) a contract in which the supplier or consumer is a resident of
Alberta;
(b) a contract in which the of fer or acceptance is made in or is
sent from Alberta;
(c) a contract specified in the regulations.
(2) This Part or a Division of this Part does not apply to classes of
business exempted in the regulations.
(3) The Minister may make regulations for the purposes of
subsections (1)(c) and (2).
