41.5 Standard content of agreements, forms, other documents

(1) The Minister may establish standard content for
agreements, forms and other documents used by lease operators,
including, but not limited to, life leases, cancellation forms and
receipts.
(2) If the Minister establishes standard content for a document, a
lease operator shall use that standard content.
