12 Effective date of bylaw
the day on which the bylaw or amendment is made, or on any later
date specified in the bylaw or amendment or in the resolution
adopting either of them.
(2) A cooperative must file a bylaw or an amendment to a bylaw
with the Registrar within 60 days of the date the bylaw or
amendment comes into force.
