143 Debt obligations
by reason only that the indebtedness evidenced by the debt
obligation is repaid.
(2) Debt obligations issued by a cooperative and purchased,
redeemed or otherwise acquired may be cancelled or may secure
any obligation of the cooperative existing then or incurred later.
