342 Certificate of status
a certificate stating that, according to the Registrar's records, the
cooperative named in the certificate
(a) is or is not an existing c ooperative on the date of issue of the
certificate, or
(b) was or was not an existing cooperative on the day or durin g
the period specified in the certificate.
