379 Filing instrument of amalgamation
Registrar
(a) a copy of any instrument effecting an amalgamation of the
extra-provincial cooperative with one or more other
extra-provincial cooperatives,
(b) a copy of the amalgamation agreement, if any, and
(c) a statement in the form set by the Registrar relating to the
amalgamated extra-provincial cooperative and the
documents referred to in section 369(2),
within 30 days after the effective date of the amalgamation.
(2) On receiving the documents referred to in subsection (1), the
Registrar must issue a certificate of registration of the amalgamated
extra-provincial cooperative.
