13 Complaints
of the peace and any justice of the peace may adjourn any matter
from time to time until the matter can be heard by the Court.
(2) A justice of the peace may exercise all duties conferred or
imposed on a justice of the peace with respect to judicial interim
release by or under any Act of the Legislature or the Parliament of
Canada.
