6.1 Sending of documents by a clerk
notice or other thing under this Act or a regulation under this Act,
the clerk may send it
(a) by ordinary mail,
(b) by recorded mail,
(c) by an electronic method, i f the intended recipient has
provided an electronic address for that purpose.
