225.7 Annual report
on April 1 of one year and ending on March 31 of the next year.
(2) As soon as possible after the end of each fiscal year, the
Commissioner shall prepare and submit to the Minister, in a form
satisfactory to the Minister, a report summarizing the
Commissioner's activities during the previous fiscal year that
contains the information required by the Minister.
(3) On receiving a report under subsection (2), the Minister shall
lay a copy of the report before the Legislative Assembly if it is
sitting, and if not, within 15 days after the commencement of the
next sitting.
