225.911 Delegation of complainant powers
a complaint under section 225.91(1) or (2) may delegate any
power, duty or function conferred on a complainant under this
Division or the regulations to any individual.
(2) Subsection (1) does not apply where the teacher or teacher
leader who is the subject of the complaint is a superintendent
appointed under this Act.
