225.93 Limitations on complaints
incompetent in carrying out teaching duties may be made only in
respect of alleged professional incompetence that occurred within
the 2-year period before the complaint was made.
(2) A complaint alleging that a teacher leader is professionally
incompetent in carrying out leadership duties related to a leadership
certificate or superintendent leadership certificate may be made
only in respect of alleged professional incompetence that occurred
within the 2-year period before the complaint was made.
(3) A complaint may be made about the alleged unprofessional
conduct of a teacher or teacher leader at any time.
