241 Enforcement of order
section 237, 239 or 240 must be filed with the clerk of the Court of
King's Bench at the judicial centre closest to the place where the
cause of the proceedings before the Board of Reference arose.
(2) On the filing of a copy of an order with the clerk of the Court
of King's Bench pursuant to subsection (1), the order of the Board
of Reference has the same force and effect as if the order were an
order of that Court.
(3) A copy of an order as filed must be sent to the Minister.
