96.9 Report on sufficiency of recall petition
date on which a recall petition is filed, determine whether the recall
petition is sufficient or insufficient in accordance with the
regulations, if any.
(2) The secretary shall, at the first board meeting after determining
whether the recall petition is sufficient or insufficient, make a
declaration to the board as to whether the recall petition is
sufficient or insufficient.
