62 Finding by the Discipline Committee
investigated person constitutes neither unskilled practice of the
profession nor unprofessional conduct.
(2) The Discipline Committee may find that the conduct of an
investigated person constitutes unskilled practice of the profession
or unprofessional conduct, or both, and shall deal with the
investigated person in accordance with this Part.
