66 Suspension or cancellation pending appeal
Committee may order that its decision remain in effect until the
RSA 2000
ENGINEERING AND GEOSCIENCE
Appeal Board or the Court of Appeal, as the case may be, makes its
decision on the appeal.
(2) An investigated person may apply to the Court for an order
staying the decision of the Discipline Committee pending the
determination of the appeal.
(2.1) A copy of an application under subsection (2) must be served
on the Registrar.
(3) The Court may hear an application made under this section not
less than 10 days after the application has been served on the
Registrar.
(4) On hearing an application made under this section the Court
may, subject to any conditions that it considers proper, stay the
decision of the Discipline Committee pending the determination of
the appeal.
