105.1 Information to Minister
the Minister, within the time specified by the Minister,
(a) any information that is required by the Minister to enable
the Minister to respond to inquiries on the exchange's
market conduct activities;
(b) any information that is required by the Minister for
analytical or policy-making purposes.
