15 Benefit plans for medical care, accident and sickness benefits
entity to the extent of its provision to participants of prescribed
benefits relating to medical care, accident and sickness benefits.
(2) For the purposes of this section and section 15.1, "participant"
includes a beneficiary or dependant of a participant.
