337 Electronic meeting
of directors or of a committee of directors may be held by means of
telephonic, electronic or other communications facilities that permit
all persons participating in the meeting to communicate with each
other during the meeting.
(2) A director participating in a meeting by any means referred to
in subsection (1) is, for the purposes of this Act, present at that
meeting.
