372 Appointment of auditor
provincial company must, by ordinary resolution at each annual
meeting of participating policyholders and shareholders, appoint a
person as auditor to hold office until the close of the next annual
meeting.
(2) The remuneration of an auditor may be fixed by ordinary
resolution of the participating policyholders and shareholders but,
if not so fixed, must be fixed by the directors.
