71 Reporting requirements
each month submit to the Minister a return containing the
following information with respect to the insurance effected under
section 63 by the broker during the month:
(a) the names of the insured;
(b) the nature of the insurance;
(c) the names of the unlicensed insurers;
(d) the amount of insurance placed with each unlicensed insurer
and the rate and amount of premium paid to each unlicensed
insurer.
