98 Requirements for property insurance

(1) A reciprocal insurance exchange that is authorized to
undertake property insurance must ensure that no subscriber has
assumed on any single property insurance risk an amount greater
than 10% of the net worth of the subscriber.
(2) The principal attorney of a reciprocal insurance exchange that
is authorized to undertake property insurance must file, when
requested by the Minister, a statement under oath
(a) showing the maximum amount of indemnity on any single
property insurance risk, and
(b) stating that no subscriber has assumed on any single
property insurance risk an amount greater than 10% of the
net worth of the subscriber.
