23 Registration as a surveyor's partnership
partnership that applies to the Council and is eligible under the
regulations to be registered as a surveyor's partnership.
(2) Nothing in this Act or the regulations requires a partnership
consisting solely of Alberta land surveyors or surveyor's
corporations, or both, to hold a permit under this Act.
