45 Notice of hearing
of a complaint or conduct, investigate the matter and hold a
hearing.
(2) The hearing shall be held not more than 30 days from the date
on which the matter is referred to the Discipline Committee by the
chair.
(3) The chair may extend the period mentioned in subsection (2)
for one or more additional periods, each not exceeding 30 days.
(4) The Discipline Committee shall serve on the investigated
person a notice of hearing stating the date, time and place that the
Discipline Committee will hold a hearing and giving reasonable
particulars of the complaint in respect of which the hearing will be
held.
