64 Fraudulent registration
person whose registration is entered in the register obtained
registration by means of any false or fraudulent representation or
declaration either oral or written, the Council shall order that the
registration be cancelled.
(2) The provisions of this Part respecting the procedures of the
Discipline Committee apply to a hearing held by the Council under
subsection (1).
