186 Reservations in original grant from the Crown
pursuant to section 61, is declared to be subject to the reservations
contained in the original grant from the Crown, the Registrar may
make a memorandum or endorsement on the certificate of title or
other instrument expressly declaring the reservations or implied
conditions to which the land is subject.
