56.1 Electronic Submission, Filing and Registration Definitions
(a) "certification authority" me ans a certification authority
designated by the Registrar under section 56.41;
(b) "digital signature" means a secure signature in electronic
format;
(c) repealed 2023 c5 s7;
(d) "other document" means any document, other than a
submission form, instrument, plan or caveat, that is required
or permitted to be filed or registered in the Land Titles
Office under this Act or any other enactment;
(e) repealed 2023 c5 s7;
(f) "submission form" means an electronic document
satisfactory to the Registrar that includes the digital
signature of the subscriber;
(g) "subscriber" means an indi vidual who is authorized by a
certificate issued under section 56.51 to incorporate the
RSA 2000
individual's digital signature into a submission form and to
submit the submission form to the Registrar.
