56.61 Immunity
certification authority in respect of any loss or damage arising out
of an unlawful or negligent act or omission of a subscriber under
this Act or the regulations in the absence of an unlawful or
negligent act or omission by the certification authority in relation to
the exercise of its powers or performance of its duties under this
Act or the regulations.
