64.3 Transitional re certain exception
submitted to the Registrar for registration before the coming into
force of section 64.1(4.1), the transferee described in section
64.1(4.1) shall pay to the Registrar, as applicable,
(a) the levy for registration of the instrument required under
section 64.1 as it read immediately before the coming into
force of section 64.1(4.1), or
(b) the fee for registration of the instrument required under
section 64.2.
